Who We Are
Our founder, Nick Brooke, was an executive at Amplicare, where he helped thousands of pharmacies manage their Medicare business and lower patient costs. Each year he would review the Medicare contracts, reimbursement rates/DIRs, and preferred status to develop strategies for pharmacies. He also presented CEs at conferences on “DIR fee mitigation”.

His work focused on helping pharmacies provide Medicare evaluation service as a part of a comprehensive business strategy, but many pharmacies did not have the resources to implement it. That’s why he created Your Pharmacy Insurance Agency, so his team could do the work for their pharmacy partners, and be the trusted partner they deserve.

Today, there are thousands of pharmacies that are partnered with local or national insurance brokers and agencies. They likely provide a great service to patients, but they are missing out on impacting the pharmacy business.

Our Process
Working in Partnership with Pharmacy

Establish Stragey
We work with Pharmacy Management to review PSAO rates or direct contracts, and their changes for the upcoming plan year. Assess current Medicare patients, plan segmentation and associated billings.

Reporting
Pharmacy partners will receive reports on which patients enrolled into new plans, and how we are tracking against the goals established in the strategy.

Patient Outreach
Based on the established strategy, create outreach campaigns with a link for patients to schedule a session with Nick’s team, both during the Annual Enrollment Period and for those newly eligible to Medicare.
